Where is the best place to look for management level hotel chain positions?
My friend used to work for companies like Accor hotels in France but is now ready to move abroad say Ireland, UK or Spain; what are the best agencies for this type of work ?

From my experience when I was working at The Ritz Carlton (Marriott International) , most managers are hired from within...working up the ranks. Our General Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Fianance, Sales Manager and on and on all came from within the hotel chain working their way up.
They all came from across the globe as well.
We did regularly have employees come from other countries on the temp visas but they were never management level...more training level operations.
