    95% of 0.200 = 0.190 M HA remains

    5% 0f 0.200 = 0.010 M A- & H+

    HA --> H+ & A-

    0.190 --> 0.010 & 0.010

    Ka = [A-] [H+] / [HA]

    Ka = [0.010] [0.010] / [0.190]

    Ka = 5.26 e-4

    your answer, rounded to 2 sig figs is

    Ka = 5.3 X 10^-4
