It used to be empty, but now it is a walk-though exhibit of Sleeping Beauty's Story called "A walk though Sleeping Beauty's Castle" REALLY COOL. They detail it really well. The walk is only 5 minutes long.
EXTRA INFO: The Castle in DisneyWORLD is a hotel room for special winners of a contest they had a few years ago.

A walk-through depiction of Sleeping Beauty, along with a gift shop.
If you're into little known secrets, look for a brass dot as you walk under the castle. It marks the geographic center of the park.
