Which car park would be best for a saturday in EC2?

I am trying to plan an exam trip to ISTD2 in London EC1. I have searched NCP online and the best carpark looks to be the one off Paul street in EC2.

Is this right?

Plus, do I need to pay the congestion charge on saturdays?

I have checked out the train options and the journey will take about 1 hour 45 min and cost £18. Now I am trying to price up the journey by car. if you can help I need to finalise plans this weekend so that I can let my pupils know.

Thankyou.

This site will help you price the car journey

No congestion charge at the weekend.

Paul Street looks the closest car park but check it is open on a Saturday.

    Hope this helps

I hour 45 minutes for a train journey costing £18 sounds very long. Are you checking in the correct place www.nationalrail.co.uk. There is no congestion charge payable at weekends. You really need

to check the NCP car park is open at weekends too, because there is no on street parking in that area
