Delivery pain ...........My wife is in her last week pregnancy. May be this wee?

Labour pains are not as bad as a lot of people make out or at least for me it wasn't I was terrified and after the birth relieved it wasn't so bad. It starts off period cramps and gets stronger its not constant which is the best thing I found that inbetween contractions you could rest! Hope alls goes well just tell your wife to breathe and put her chin to her chest and push when the time comes. Good luck
