I can't add music to my ipod touch,though it is on itunes?

I've added 2 cd's now and neither of them are actually on my ipod but on itunes. It'll come up saying this ipod is synced with another itunes and can only be synced with one,do I want to erase and sync or transfer purchases.I try erase & sync, but then it asks me to authorise it & I already have,it asks me every time. Then says some could not be transfered, which I assume are songs that are no longer on my pc.

This is getting seriously annoying and I don't know what to do,please help!!

    Hard reset the iPod then try again when connecting to iTunes. Sync with your pc and try again.

    Make sure you've added the songs to your playlist maybe?:)
