mouse pad on acer laptop just stopped working?

literally just got thelaptop yesterday and just installed flash player,onceit had done the mouse pad was kinda right clicking on its own then right clicked when i left clicked,now doesnt work at all.i found the hotkey but when tried that it didnt make a difference.

    plug an external mouse in and go into the device manager and see if the mouse has a ! next to it, it may not be working properly. if its not right click on it and try to repair it. If that doesnt work you can reinstall the driver. Go to Acer website and download the driver for the mousepad..

    If you got it yesterday, I'd send it back because it should still be under warranty right? XD
