I have a BIG idea - who to tell?

Question

It's a new concept within the insurance industry, and I know that If somebody implements it, they would make a BIG MONEY.

I don't know who tell, and how would I get compensated when the idea gets used.  I have no background or contacts within the Insurance, Advertising or Financial Sectors, and I don't want to lose out....

patent or trademark it...don't use a third party or middle man company they coudl steal it too.
