Can you live without food?
I remember watching a program on TV, where a Family only consumed the nutrients that the body needs (Vitamins & Supplements), nothing more & nothing less, and they thought that they could live pretty much forever, or at least to over 150+, the man was around 40, but his vitals & cells were like those of a 20 year old...

No you can't. You need food for energy and energy to survive. The most that you can actually go without food is about a month. However without water you can only go for 3 days. And yes it would be ideal to eat all the nutrients but this is not enough because you need energetic food as well.

The "nutrients" included purified materials that we would consider food - some of it very concentrated. Fats, proteins, some carbohydrates. You can live on very limited food and restricitng food intake DOES make you healthier within a limit. Extreme weight loss is heakth damaging as well.
So ye, diet restriction does make you healthier and it does slow aging. Keep eating the red and blue fruits and vegetables.

Wow, really? I think this is maybe right, we eat food in order to search nutrients from it , if we only have nutrients, I think we also can live.

It might be possible, but it wouldn't be a very interesting diet, and if you got something out of balance. there could be problems.
