We lost our ability to think how secure and had become smug in our sense of it could not happen here until of course it did but what we did find out was that what we regarded as a relatively backward culture would be able to do so much damage on our doorsteps with virtually no technology .
Even with all our technical advances in surveillance and tracking no fly zones and war planes and we could not stop a few terrorists from killing thousands of people makes me wonder how far we really have come.

we lost our naiivete, innocence, spoiled-bratness & a big chunk of our collective ego. On the other hand, we gained understanding, recognized falsity, came together & grew up.

America lost its fellow Americans. I lost happiness for a while and life became grateful and made me want to go out and live.
We lost our dignity and pride.

I lost nothing,not even sleep.
It wasn't a matter of 'If',but a matter of 'When' the USA would be attacked.
As a Christian nation,they forgot that what you sow,you shall reap!

That tragedy has caused many Americans suffered from PTSD. The damage on their psychological health leading to recession and every unhappy events. This a kind of string effect.

what do you guys think about the unmanned drone approved by Homeland Security that's equipped with a tazor, shotgun, grenade launcher, facial re-cog, motion tracking and yes it can fly...

I lost 98% of water from my eyes since it happend it front of them. It was the most horrible thing i have ever seen.

All civilian casualties are tragedies but America did kind of deserve it. Think of all the people they killed in Vietnam Napalming; Japan with the Atom Bomb; and I saw a video of a US tank firing at random Afghan farms.
So where's their movies?
