Try a local craft centre, even if there isn`t anyone who can do that for you they may know of someone who can help. Or you can do an internet search for craft centres further afield, they`ll have websites that tell you what kind of crafts are done there and how to contact the relevant craft worker. Most will accept one off bespoke work pieces. Drop them an email and tell them what you want.
