chymoral forte can be taken upto how many days. My mother aged 69 prescribed by doctor for parotid gland swelling along with Antibiotic cefexim Any side effects associated with taking chymoral?, my mother is also taking nitrocontin 6.4x2, Ecospirin AV and Eltroxin-100microgram and calcium. she has 110 kgs of body weight with IHD

None as I have been prescribing it for 30 years, basically an enzyme preparation and has anti-infammatory and therefore enhances healing.I have abandoned prescribing it due to deteriorating efficacy/potency. If the parotid gland does not resolve keeping her age in view a Sialogram is required.
She can take chymrol safely.However there is no medicine without side-effect/s.
