Erm My character is talking in Skyrim?

I have never heard him speak before but all of a sudden am doing the 'forbidden legend' quest and he is talking everytime he kills or being attacked is this a glitch or is it normal?

its not effecting my gameplay but i was looking for who is talking, then I realized its my character
