PC gaming is not more expensive, if you bought the consoles when they were new you could get a more powerful PC for the same price. And a medium to high end (still much better than consoles) cost 400 to 600 dollars. Gameplay on both is essentially the same, but the Console Command and modding ability on the PC makes it vastly superior. However I find the console controller to be much more comfortable and natural to gaming than the keys-and-mouse combination.
