Acute ear, nose and throat infection?

Since Boxing Day morning I woke with a throat ache and earache. My energy levels were at zero. I managed to get up and eat some breakfast and could not continue with anything else and spent most of the day on the sofa. It then moved down to my chest and I have a dry barking cough and since New Year's Eve I have had no voice! Sometimes the cough is phlegmy and other times it is dry and tickly. I feel as though I would need to get better to die! Unfortunately here in the UK we have a bank holiday which means that doctors' surgery is closed - as are most pharmacies and they are out of town. I am wondering whether it would be worth going to the walk in clinic? I am type 1 diabetic and having to be very aggressive with the insulin to keep my sugar levels to a "reasonable" level, feel sick, am hungry but cannot manage food. For those of you not in the know infections can seriously affect diabetic control.

It truly relies upon what you appear to be. in my opinion i think of ear stretchers seem good on boys not women yet whilst your older you would be left with a grotesque ear! yet who're you attempting to electrify whilst your 50-60 besides? Haha nostril piercings are ok yet in simple terms extra healthful some women. I recon you may have your abdomen button pieced that suits might women in the event that they have the terrific determine. :)
