I don't want to live here anymore, what should I do?
I HATE my Dad more than anyone in the world. He is always horrible to me and beats me HARD with a thick leather belt so hard the spots still hurt for days. I always try to avoid him but I just cant. He always shouts at me and makes me feel like I mean nothing to him. I have even considered running away, I just dont know what to do anymore. Please Help... :(

You need to tell someone.. a teacher a neighbor and you will know if you need to go to the authorities. Just make sure to take care of yourself. If you are brave enough tell your Dad how you fell, its amazing how people can change so quickly. If he knows how you feel, he may back off. Also try acting nicely toward him get him a gift or make him a homemade one and write "I love you very much Dad, and never forget it." He may just act kindly toward you.

Find someone you trust and talk to them about your feelings. If that doesn't work - seek professional help from a school counselor. They are state mandated to report child abuse.
