Content usage rights?

For my 2D animation project for college I have rotoscoped (drawn over) a video from Forza 4, after reading Microsoft's content usage rules I know I am allowed to do that but am I allowed to use the sound from the original video? The sound being the cars racing in the video. This is completely non-profit and solely for a college project.

Thanks for any help.

Update:

Just had to be sure, it must be completely copy-right cleared for me to get graded.

basically what you're asking is to demonstrate screen a sprint secure cloth that's being broadcast over an information superhighway connection. utilization Rights Acquisition is your media participant asking for the license to play this cloth so as which you will view it. in case you have a paying subscription to this web site then playback is very almost on the spot. or you won't be able to demonstrate screen. As for techniques around this. there are various and all are unlawful.
