Difficult to say - LEDs come in various packages, from 10 mW (0.01 W) to ~10 W per package.

However, if nothing else is written on the lamp's box, it's probably safe to assume that that bulb has standard LEDs with 50 mW (0.05 W) each, overloadable (with severe reductions in lifetime) to maybe 100 mW each - which would make your bulb have between 1/2 and 1 Watt. Which would be equivalent to an incandescent between 2..5 Watts.

The cheaper LED lamps with a large no. of LEDs are usually very low watts, maybe 1 or less.

there are higher wattages now, single LEDs of 3 and 5 watts and a few 3-LED lamps. If you want to buy an LED lamp that is more than 3 watts it will cost at least £10.

Probably 13 watts, producing 450 to 650 lumens, about equivalent to a 40 watt of incandescent bulb. It will last 50 times longer though

Also possible you got a more efficient version that kicks out a lot more lumens per watt

It doesn't work like that. There are different "values" of LED's. But the question is why do you ask?
