Code for car stereo,battery replaced?

Question

I recently had the battery replaced in my clio,but now the stereo wont work,its asking for a 4-digit code.i've looked in the folder that came with car but dont have it.Is there a way if resetting it or would renault charge much for sorting it??

your code should be in the" front" of the service history book with the mileage,

if not renault charge £10 pounds for the code 

you can buy the code off ebay sellers but you need to take the radio out and give them 
the Serial number off it ,, sometimes you might find the code on it when you pull it out
that someone has written on
 or ask the person you got it off
