Ok back on ps2 days, I used to think Olga was the ninja so who is the ninja, I know its not Gray Fox

in mgs2 olga is the ninja. in mgs1 it was gray fox. in mgs1 gray fox is killed by liquid snake when he crushes him with metal gear rex on shadow moses.

olga is the ninja because in between the tanker and plant chapters of msg2 (about 2 years) the patriots abduct her child and use her to get olga to work for them and help raiden.

I think it actually is Grey Fox. Haven't played the game in years but just reading your question title my mind immediately flashed to Grey Fox - who the heck Grey Fox is, I have no idea.
