Are Theists and Atheists similar in that neither have all the facts?
Though both may pound the table?

Atheists know they do not have all the facts and accept the gaps.
Theists believe they have all the facts and dream up the answers to the gaps.

No. Who was closer to correct? The flat-earthers, or the spherical-earthers? Atheists are the spherical-earthers. We're closest to the oblate spheroid of reality.

You're wrong.
If I insisted I had a Pixie in my pocket you'd ask to see it.
Theists insist there's a god - so produce one.
If you can't produce a god, you're LYING... just like I'm lying about my Pixie ;)
It really is as simple as that.
Don't let them cloud the issue with boolshyt like "supernatural" or "he doesn't need to prove himself"... these are all excuse my Pixie could use too...

Yes. However, I have only met a very few atheists that are intellectually honest enough to admit that their non-belief in God is as much a step of faith as my belief in God.

We can only "believe" in such phisophical ideas. We can not "know" . Facts deal with what
one "knows" or knowledge. Even the Creed starts with "I believe in God......"
Source(s): I am 80,and have post secondary education. Somewhere I learned the difference between what one believes and what one knows. - Anonymous9 years ago
The Bible is the only facts I have and NEED

@Michael: poor, poor you. That's what being brainwashed is all about. How is the Buy-bull proof of anything?
