Is it considered cutting if you use a needle?
Like, a sewing pin or needle.
I'm bleeding. -_-
I mean like, cutting for anger / anxiety. Some people use razors and stuff but if I use a needle does it mean I'm a cutter...

It is considered a form of self mutilation even if you just use a needle, so yes, it is "cutting". Honestly, it's a bit concerning that you are more worried about the categorization of your actions, than the emotions that caused them.
Take care of yourself. Seek help and gain control of your life somehow... don't let your anger/anxiety rule you.

If you cut yourself on purpose you are a cutter, regardless of what you use. I cut myself but have never used a razor. I am still a cutter.

Yes it does. If you participate in the act of cutting with any object which draws blood you are self cutting and you need to obtain mental health attention as soon as possible.
The longer you wait, the more intense the desire to cut will become. It will also take a longer period of time in which to treat the longer you allow this desire to exist.
