I'm out of control.....HELP??????????????????????????

Hi, I have bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorder, & OCD......

I normally have been using binging and pulling out hair [i have trichotillomania] as coping skills... [well, negative coping skills] but today I started cutting again... I was so depressed, anxious, and angry with myself that I couldn't help it, and i even carved FAT and UGLY into my stomach and I have many cuts on my arms..... I don't want to tell or show anyone but what should I do? I know I need help I am so mentally unstable

**** you karl, i have been through a lot.... anorexia, lyme disease, deaths in my family, bullying, physical abuse, emotional abuse.... so don't judge me. it's not for attention, i have a lot of mental disorders that i can't control.

    You have been through a lot. It is no wonder you are suffering with depression, anxiety and OCD. Have you thought about going to a councellor to talk about the cause of your problems. They could help you to move on from these terrible things that have happened to you and create a better, more positive future for yourself. I think you are incredibly strong to seek help for yourself. You deserve to be happy and you should not be causing harm to yourself because of the negative things that have happened to you in the past. You should try to move forward and get something positive out of everything that has happened to you. You are already a very strong person. You still have a long journey ahead of you but once you have overcome your problems the struggle will be worth it. Dont let the bullies get you down. I can assure you, you are a billion times stronger than they ever will be because you are trying to tackle your problems. Dont be defeated, you will come out so much stronger. Good luck (:

    Also nice one karl. Your empathy astounds me. Its a good job you know so much about serious mental health problems. Sounds like you have no life experience and probably have a cosy life and don't know anybody who has suffered from problems such as abuse, depression and disease. It must of been really difficult for this girl to seek help. That doesn't make her an attention seeker, that makes her a brave person who is doing her best to battle with problems which you probably couldn't even begin to understand. It is bullies like you that make the lives of people who suffer from mental health problems even worse. It takes somebody very strong and brave to go through all those problems and still come out fighting and I have a lot of respect for her. Would you rather people who have these problems suffer in silence? If you had a friend or family member suffering from these problems would you still think it is attention seeking when they try to find help? I'm guessing that is probably a no so try not to post such arrogant responses to serious questions.

    Am so sorry for you, i have depression etc; i know how desperate life can get, but please contact the mental health charity MIND in confidence, also your gp can do loads for you and refer you to the right people you could also contact the samaritans they will just listen to you no lectures from them and totally unbiased, i hope this helps and you can start to clear your mind of your thoughts and help put you on an even road where you can start to feel better about yourself. I was told to stand infront of a mirror every day and just say outloud i am a good person, and it has helped a great deal so has positive thinking rather than thinking for example why are they looking at me think they mustve thought they knew me and don't read too much into negative looks or remarks from other people.     If you say you have these disorders than you must have been diagnosed by a doctor. They should be helping you already but if for some reason they are not then you need to contact them and get them to help you.

    Could you not tell a parent or a friend or a teacher, they will help you get in touch with a doctor who can begin treatment.

    The only way to help yourself is to seek a doctor.

    First off your have to know your not fat. The only thing is being healthy and unhealthy. It seem like you really need some help i think you should talk to some friend or family to get some help. Because you know it a problem and you want help so you should seek help. ~ Good Luck and everything be fine as long as you get help~

    Have you tried to cut your toes off?

    It seems your just after a bit of attention as you don't feel your getting enough. Try change everything about you and you may be able to change peoples perception of you, in turn you may feel good again.

    You sound like a drama queen.

    No offence intended but I don't have time for people like you. There are people dying all around the world, starving to death, being be headed etc yet you cut your self for attention.

    Instead of messing around, why not cut your nose off or your piggy ears off.

    that is the fastest way to get help. I know I did it. its unbelievable what happens. all I can say is that its "good" good at its best.
