What motivates you? What gives you energy to go on everyday? Music? Love? Family? A 1km run? God? Your attitude? Your pet? Friends? School? Give yourself a boost by focusing on what is important to you personally

Lower your expectations I've been much happier since doing this. Expect horrible things and when you get moderately bad things they don't seem as bad. Like say you thought you failed a test. And you get a C it's better then getting a C when you wanted an A. It worked for me real well when I ran out of hot water in the shower. I just made the water REAALY cold for a minute then put it on regular and it seemed hot! It was awesome. Lowering expectations is the key to happiness. And if you lower other peoples expectations it'll work just as well. They think you did great. Say your parents were expecting you to not do the dishes when they come home. If you do a crappy job then they are happy because you did something and they reward you! Like what the heck? It's pretty cool. If they were expecting a perfectly clean house and you just did that crappy dishes thing they'd be angry and ground you. Just lower expectations. It works :)

  • i myself am an excutter. it gets hard, but ive gone about a year without cutting. i say just give yourself time and have hope. it does get better. if you ever feel like you need to cut again, you can always just remember all u give up with cutting. I can no longer go to the beach. I cant go to the doctor. I cant change clothes in the gym locker room. If I had a boyfriend, I would be mortified if he ever saw my many many scars. but scars fade. This is a phase. I lived through it. You can do it too, it sounds cheesy as hell, but I believe in you.

i found this cool site to think about things when i get really sad. www.marcandangel.com/2012/02/23/40-photo-illustrated-questions/

Smile much more! And think of what makes you happy instead of letting the bad things get to you. Don't hang around people that don't make you feel good and music helps. Don't listen to what others have to say about you.

Clear your mind of thoughts!!!! Try to watch your thoughts as you would be observing strange animals in ZOO. Watch it, but don't comment, don't judge, just let it pass.....and breathe deeply!!! Watch when you are anxious, you hold your breath.....so let it go!!! Stay in the moment, try not to slip in past or future!!!

And find something to laugh about!!!

Meditate! Ultimately know suffering comes from desiring one thing. Without absolutely wanting something from this world you begin to find peace within and live your life with patience and wonder.

Love yourself,as I know many people in your life do.Stay away from negative people they only bring you down. Seek help from anyone you know who will not judge you.

I Truly wish you the very best, God bless you.
