Cooked meats - lamb, why not?

When I go to the supermarket I can go to the cooked meats counter and find various styles of beef, ham, pork, chicken and turkey. Why no lamb?

Update:

If all I want is some cold lamb for lunch one day at work, then buying a joint, spending cash roasting it and then probably having to throw half of it away because I live on my own and won't be able to use it all just does not compute!

    Cook some lamb.

    Let it cool.

Put it in the fridge overnight.

Take it out the following day and try to eat it (without heating it up first).

    That will answer your question.

I love lamb; but it must be consumed the same day it's cooked, especially on a wide scale such as a supermarket. At home, you can do whatever. Follow what the first guy said - he's right.
