Why didn't my parent's get me anything for my birthday?

I'm really sorry :( My birthday is saturday and I'd be upset if my mom didn't even give me a card or such. I'm sure I'll get yelled at by my stupid brother thought~ thats a gift!

They may not get you anything, or they are saving it for a surprise party possibly. Just ask them straightup, why they didn't get you a card or anything for your birthday. there was at least 4 times were my family forgot my birthday until one of my brothers reminded them and I never got anything and I never cared about getting anything

It's quite likely that they will give you a surprise present as they haven't gotten you a card, but its important not to be too disappointed if they don't. If they don't then maybe you should talk to them, it's quite unlikely that parents don't get their children presents but they may be in a tough economical crisis? HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR YESTERDAY:)x

Well maybe its because they probably dont have any money right now to get you a present especially how the economy is right now So dont feel bad.

you parents dont have to get you anything...they already gave you life...i'm sorry but just asking this question sounds a little spoiled. They may be having budget problems and just don't know how to tell you yet...but hang in there :) they still may be planning something.
