I would say Bill Paxton in Aliens is pretty amazing! He plays such a real character.

I think that every character played by Johnny Depp is amazing.
Especially his roles as
Captain Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies
and as
Sweeney Todd in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
