Is it possible to get Word 2010 to send emails using Windows Live Mail?

I don't want to send the letter as an attachment; and the other only option it is offering is to use Outlook, which I don't happen to have. Any ideas?

Update:

When I right clicked in the document, I didn't get any send option. I will try and discover how to find out who my default mail handler is. I am rather surprised that: as both programs are produced by the same company, that they don't interact more easily with each other.

Do you have windows live or outlook as the deafult mail handler?

If you right click on the document and select send to,mail, which e-mail client comes up-it might be the default one
