im going abroad i have two months worth of losarten ,when i run out can i take aprovel of which i have another?

You will need to bring all the medication you will need with you. Especially if you are traveling to the US because you WILL have to pay for it. Unless you have private health care valid outside your country you will be stuck with the bill.
Your doctor should be able to write you a script for all you need on your trip. Thats the easiest way to go about it.
