Should I tell my family I'm androgynous (male and female)?
I'm physically male but I identify with both, is it worth saying anything just to be understood better? Or do you think this is a personal matter that should just be between me and me partner (girlfriend)?
Thanks.

I personally think unless you feel that it is a crucial thing for your family to know then there is not really any need; as people may not understand things like this; remember not all people may be as understanding as you.

Wrong term, dude. You're bigender, not androgynous. Androgynous people look like the opposite sex.
Keep it between your partner and you. If you really want to tell your parents (or if you know they'll still accept you) then go ahead, not too many people understand that so be ready to explain!

do you mean that your mental orientation is female? androgynous usualy describes one to be dificult to identify as either male or female. i think it should be more of a personal matter. i would not get my family involved in somthing like that even if they were very accepting.
i hope this helped.
