the best deal is a deal on a car that you like that suits your needs perfectly
no point in getting a car that doesn't suit your needs, or getting a car you don't like.
I could tell you: there's a REALLY good deal on Smart For2, but if you don't like it, or it's too small/too big for you, you're not going to be interested.
Decide on the cars that you like that are perfect for your needs, and then go to a dealer(s) to look at the deals on offer
