Dettol products and cats?

I ditched my bottle of Dettol disinfectant when I noticed a warning that it was not suitable for use around cats.

Does this apply to other Dettol products as well (wipes/surface spray)?

Dettol, Zoflora and any other disinfectant containing phenols (will turn cloudy when mixed with water) are dangerous to cats if they ingest them because they can't eliminate the toxins. Personally I'd be wary of using any other Dettol based products on areas where the cat might walk.

Wipes are ok, but spray has to be used with door closed, as I have cats myself, I close the door and spray then still with the door closed, wait 5 mins then open the door (Same with mopping)

always check the label first and you want to avoid anything phenol based such as jeyes fluid etc, the tip is usually not to use anything with a cloudy appearance but others that do not have a cloudy appearance may still cause harm.
