Overweight or underweight?

I have two friends and they are twins, but although they are identical they are completely different.
They are both 13 years old and 9 months, and are both 5 foot 1 in height

Abbygail is 90 pounds in weight
Tayla is either eight stone ten or nine stone, Around that weight.

Are they overweight or underweight or healthy? Thanks!

Abbygail is VERY underweight for her height and age!
Tayla is over weight.
