how to fall asleep a 10 30 for school?

Summer came and i wanted to keep my going to bed a 10:30 thing going so i would wake up by myself in the morning and never be late. But one day I just stayed up till 4 I was tired or anythingD: So about 2 weeks ago I started going to bed at 1030 agian but then I started going to bed at 11:00 then 12:00 i was find cause I still woke up early. and 2 days ago I ruined that cause I wasnt tired at all. School Tomorrow and Ive been trying to fall asleep early. I need some help please(:

    If you exercise more and tire yourself out, you'll be able to sleep.

    Well when I need to go to bed early I lay down on my bed and put myself in a meditation and relax and I assure you this will make u go to sleep just breathe in and out and clear ur mind.

    spraying lavender around your room always helps you sleep too. Anything lavender works whether its a spray or just an air vent
