As far as straight up leadership qualities, i would say his ability to have a measured thoughtful approach..He does not really come out and taunt his actions, like the whole Bin Laden thing. There was no big military announcement like Bush did with Sadaam.

His tackling the insurance reform and health care issue is amazing. Every President for the last 70 years had talked about doing it.
