Can someone check my grammar and advise?

Money is said to be the route of all evil and everyone can agree that pursuit of personal wealth takes people to places they should never go. Money itself was tainted, if it can be seen as an ideology, in my opinion, it was flawed and restrictive. A necessary evil, I no longer bought into and wanted as little as possible to do with it.

Update:

I know that but what about my grammar?

Update 2:

I would like to say thanks but I am more confused than before, i only understood the root bit.

Update 3:

OK Forget that is this any better?

Money is said to be the root of all evil and most of us could agree, that pursuit of personal wealth, has taken people to places they should never have gone. In my eyes money itself was tainted, a binding concept that was manipulative and restrictive, that took away the art of bartering, forcing us to conform. It was a necessary evil, I no longer bought into and wanted as little as possible to do with. When you hear the words, money is not important, they are usually hollow sentiments afforded by those that are already financially sound. They are not often voiced by a working-class black-country whore.

    Bad.

    route ?? LOL root

not grammar but "everyone can agree" is obviously false ...plus the "can" is wrong word, imho, since 'can' is not what is meant. (can is intended to mean "will" but means "might" {in this context})

"takes ..to places they should never go" use of metaphor is questionable, but again, not grammar.

Money itself - redundant - may be acceptable for oral argument, not written (in general).

was - past tense is wrong; a grammar mistake

money seen as an ideology - I won't touch this non sequitur

and restrictive - what is NOT restrictive? more meaninglessness. (but not grammar) (anything with meaning is restrictive, obviously)

Comma in last sentence separates object and verb - wrong - oh wait is "it" the object? Schizophrenic sentence, make up your mind about what the object is and structure sentence accordingly.

"bought into" again questionable idiomatic language

relies upon on the which technique of the inquiry. If the questioner needs to entice close at the same time as is the subsequent song lesson, then #a million must be staggering (and 2 incorrect). If the questioner had to entice close at the same time as the song instructions are scheduled in a well-known sense (and under no circumstances a particular lesson), then they ought to assert, Q. at the same time as do we've song instructions? A. we've instructions on Wed. note using the plural. huge form 2 above is incorrect, in both case.
