If I install Ubuntu 11.04 as dual boot on Windows 7 computer would I be able ?
would I be able to access my Windows 7 = 32bit = files, and photos on the hard drive from Ubuntu 11.04.
Yes = Windows7 is on the C:// disk as a single partition.

Yes. You can do this with any distro of Linux if you mount the Windows volume. When you install Ubuntu 11 over a Windows installation, it asks you if you want to mount the Windows volumes automatically. Learning to drive it is another matter.

you can install ubuntu as dual boot using WUBI.exe this application makes HD partitions.
using the command line: gksudo nautilus on the terminal you can be able to acces to your windows 7 files as this path: /host
(is your C:// disk on winds7)
you should know the root password after have all priviligies to edit files.
