PLEASE HELP ME! **anxiety!**?
I have really bad anxiety and im 13. Im going to NYC with my school on the 26th of October and it will be my first time going but im really nervous and i cant eat when im nervous or else i feel nauceous. ANY advice for a way I can fix this without going to therapy? Thank you!

I understand your anxiety. I do not like going to crowded busy places that are hard to get out of. If I do have to go to them, I try to go with people who understand how I feel and take some anti-anxiety meds with me. I have to admit, yu are very brave, I would never go to NYC. I hope you get through it and enjoy yourself. If you feel overwhelmed try deep breathing.

Deep breaths are a first tip. Also just dealing with it. And breathing, I have traumatic anxiety disorder and I literally just curl up on the ground and ride it out. I know it is nerve wracking but take your mind off it. Breath. Just know it will be okay. there are many tips on google to manage anxiety too!

Calm down and try to have others and yourself create a calm and happy environment for yourself. Remember that the trip will be awesome no matter what and good luck! :D
