When is it cheapest to travel from uk to usa?
Hiya i need to travel to the usa i have very little money but i need to take my mothers ashes to my family in san fransico when would it be cheapest for me to fly i live near london it would be my partner,my 1 and a half year old daughter and myself thankyou for taking your time to read this =)

Fares should be lower now and through the winter, except for holiday periods. Try a site like Kayak.com and check different dates to see what fares you can come up with.

Fares in the coming month are as cheap as you are going to find.
United have £508 RT per person fares in November. Nov 22nd is a major holiday in the US with high plane fares in the surrounding days, but other than that you should be able to find seats without too much trouble.
Another reason to go soon is that so long as you make the trip before your daughter turns 2, she only needs an infant ticket which is 10% of the regular fare. After that she needs a full price ticket of her own.
