What is your top 10 scariest Doctor Who monsters?

I know this question has been ask like a million times but I would like to know what others think. And also what monster/monsters would you invent to creep everyone out. Mine may sound corny, but for me I would have some sort of disease that no one would control and it would keep spreading. And they would turn into evil zombie things. Thanks.

  • I think you meant, "What ARE your top 10 scariest Doctor Who monsters?"

Also, your question is difficult to answer, to even find a list of 10 "monsters," you would have to go back series, seasons, and regenerations. Have a few, though. Sontarans, Silence, Weeping Angels, Daleks, Cybermen, Saturnynians, slyther, Mayfly, Vespiform..........

    Hope this helps!
