Obama just told a lie, "In Chicago, they just use cheap handguns"?

Handguns are not allowed in the city of Chicago nor does that state have a handgun permit program,  thanks to Obama.

On the black market, all guns are cheap. Since the early 1930's automatics are illegal. The City of Chicago was sued & registered hand guns are now legal. Most violent crimes are committed with hand guns. My 6 pound Remington & 27 inch barrel isn't quite the gun to use in a hold up. Obama sat on the Joyce Foundation board of directors, very anti-second. End the second & there is no third, fourth etc.

Automatic rifles are not illegal in the U.S.,  you have to have a special Federal Firearm's License to own one.
