i have.bad anxiety!!!! please.help.right now!!!?

I'm 13 and having a panic attack right now that causes me to be naucious and cold. How do I calm down?? And please don't say breathe because that doesn't work. Thank you!

    As much as you say breathing doesn't work, it can. Try something called 7/11 breathing, my therapist gave it to me to control my anxiety. What you do is when you breathe in, count to 7 (it doesn't need to be 7 seconds, just fit 1-7 in the breath) and when you breathe out do the same for 11. If you keep at it you should eventually calm down. After that, once you are calmer, try to rationalise your thoughts. Whatever you are panicking about, write down the for and against of your thoughs. For me I'd think 'I'm going to be sick' in for I'd put 'I have slight bit of stomach pain' but in against I'd counter it with 'It's just nausea from the anxiety attack' and then try to outweight the negative.

    Also a sip of cold water might help.

    Go to urgent care or the ER. You might be endangering yourself without some help from someone.
