Which ipad is best for basic browsing?

I don't spend hours on the internet. I just need something for emails & basic browsing.

    iPad mini wifi is least expensive and good for web browsing. You can also go for wifi+3g version if you intend to make calls from ipad.

    You can also explore other ipad alternative:

    1. Samsung Galaxy tab is value for money.

    2. Google Nexus 7 or 10 is not only cheap, it works very well!

    The cheapest model, since you don't need memory. If you want to browse on the go then you need 3G and a data plan, if just at home then wi-fi is fine.

    i would recommend the iPad mini it can do what you mentioned and more, but weather to buy the 3g model or the wifi model is up to you
