What screws are used in the PS3?

I have obtained a PS3 and the previous owner has tried to look at fixing it for themselves. As they gave me the console for free I can't really complain so as the question asks, does anyone know what all of the different screws are inside the console as many of them are missing and I want to buy some from my local hardware store who will have some.

Many thanks.

Update:

The console is an older Phat console, CHECHG03.

@DaffyDilly, the hard drive screws are not one of the ones I am after but thank you for posting the size and types for them.

@Deere, thank you for your reply but it only lists the screw drivers needed and the screw types (Phillips and Torx). What I am after is what actual screws are used on the inside of the console such as "M3 x 4 x 0.5mm" so I can buy the screws themselves.

You didn't specify which model you have, but here is a site that goes step by step for taking electronics apart. They list the screw types in the beginning.

    I know that the HDD drive is held in by 4 flat head screws with a M3 x 4 x 0.5mm thread pitch and 1 flat head blue screw with a M3 x 4 x 0.5mm thread pitch or a M3 x 10 x 0.5mm thread pitch. (depending on the model)
