What is "eeing tivacity"?

I came across the term "eeing tivacity", describing a woman. What is "eeing" and what is "tivacity"? Google doesn't really help.

you were reading Perfect Angel by Brent Weeks! I think it's supposed to be something along the lines of 'oozing vivacity' or maybe 'tenacity'.
