sometimes i dont have messenger option in my yahoo mail.why?

In the latest version of Yahoo! Mail, the Messenger Chat feature is located in the left-hand column under "Folders." To sign in or out of the feature, click the lightning bolt icon next to "Messenger." If your contacts don't appear, click the arrow next to Messenger to show your contacts. You can then open a chat window by clicking on a contact in the list.

If those steps don't work for you, it's possible that you may have been directed to the "Basics" interface of Yahoo! Mail. This sometimes happens when Yahoo! Mail detects a low-bandwidth Internet connection. In this case, please see the following Help article for more information:

Yahoo Messenger servers are out the door for the time being...It can be now not you, your computer, your connection, no have got to uninstall and set up once more the software. It's a topic of time except they fix the crisis and you're back online. For the time being go water the lawn or whatever. You can also are trying anything new like Paltalk.

I say computer glitch. This happens to me too. I wait a while and it comes back on on its own. Sometimes computers and the internet are just glitchy.
