No 'forward' on Yahoo T/Bar?

Anybody help me to understand why there is NO 'forward' on my yahoo tool bar since the site changed for the worst.

the forward and reply icons are at the top of the mail page in the form of arrows. The right hand is to forward and the left one is to reply.
