How to gain a few pounds?
Im a few pounds underweight but i eat alot and always have. Im 13 and i weigh 116 pounds and im 5'10. What are some HEALTHY ways to gain a few pounds

^^^ I would definitely not eat junk food to gain weight!!!!^^^
To healthily put on a few pounds you just need to have a calorie surplus at the end of each day for a few weeks (this means you should have eaten more calories than you have burned in exercise, typically you burn about 1800 in a normal day) .
Even if you're a very active person this can be achieved by eating more carbohydrate dense foods. While its true that junk food is carb dense, they are also full of unhealthy fats and sugar. So here are a few foods you should stock up on instead:
Wholemeal Bagels, Porridge, Pasta, Wholegrain Rice, Brown Bread, Muesli, Milk, Vegetables
If you are a very active person I would also suggest increasing your protein intake as this will help you grow stronger and gain healthy weight in the form of more toned muscles:
Chicken, Turkey, Eggs, Milk, Nuts and Seeds (peanuts and pumpkin seeds are always good)
Apart from that just keep eating healthy meals every 2 hours, drink loads of water and keep up whatever exercise routine you have as it's important for a healthy balanced diet.

Try eating junk food no water just juice and soda hamburgers and lots of fries and don't exercise watch TV it will make u hungry

go to gnc and buy protein.. protein helps you gain weight
