can you recommend a good watch repairer of old classic watch s in the slough / Windsor area , its been handed down from a uncle who died many years ago ,the watch repairer must 100% reliable as it is replaceable to me personally ...............

I've trusted Ernest Jones with my grandfather's £5,000 time piece in the past. Received without a scratch and nothing tampered with as far as I could tell. It took them just over a week but that says a lot to me because when I walked into H Samuel they quoted me a day for the work. EJ sent it off to their factory/warehouse wherever it is where they have master technicians in this trade. So you could try them if you are willing to go to the high street.
