Should I get a chocolate bar with "fleur de sel" or cocoa nibs? Same maker, both 70%?

I like dark chocolate, and I have to choose between buying two bars, one with fleur de sel, the other cocoa nibs. Which would taste more strongly of cocoa? They both state they're 70 percent cocoa, but I don't know if the cocoa nibs are included in that percentage. All other ingredients are identical.

The 70% cocoa will be referring to the content of the chocolate itself.

Cocoa nibs and "fleur de sel" (sea salt) are 'inclusions' so they should be stated separately in the list of ingredients.

-If you want more of a cocoa "kick" then go with the nibs.

-If you want the bitterness of the dark chocolate to be *reduced* then go with the "fleur de sel".

Handy tip: Salt is a great way to reduce bitterness in any food. It is actually more effective than adding sugar.

    I'd rather have the nibs.
